The heartwood of Palo Santo is used in aromatherapy, meditation, energetic purification of space (a.k.a. smudging), preparing tea, and as an effective repellent for mosquitoes. The uplifting and pleasantly aromatic smoke enhances the vibration of any environment, facilitates creativity, and attracts positive energy. A fantastic incense alternative, and great way to deodorise your home naturally or uplift any stagnant spaces.
It is said that those who smudge have good fortune, as the process wards off evil spirits, expels negative energy, and while doing so a more positive energy enters the energy field. Referred to as holy wood for it’s high vibe, spiritual powers, the South American tradition is to burn palo santo, however it is also available as essential oils, which are good for the skin, and relaxation therapies.
Each set contains 6 sticks.
Palo Santo Sticks measure approx. 10 cm x 1 cm in size & 4-7 grams in weight.

HOW TO USE Light the stick until it flames well, then blow the flame out and allow the smoke to waft around as you wander about setting your intention or blessing the people and spaces around you. Relight and continue for as long as you require!
Store in a dry place. If they are high in resin they may be harder to light, so sit them in the sun a day or two.
