At Neat, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Here's how shipping works:

New Zealand

We ship all NZ orders with NZ Post. Urban addresses usually arrive overnight, and most of the country receives orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping cost: $10 flat rate

Free shipping on all orders over $85

Australia

We ship to Australia with NZ Post for a flat rate of $13. Free shipping on all orders over $100AUD 

Local Pickup Based in New Plymouth?

You can select local pickup at checkout and collect your order from us directly — no shipping fee.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
