PRICING

All pricing is in NZD and is inclusive of GST.

NEAT'S REFUND POLICY

We will issue a refund or replace the product at our cost, where the product is faulty or damaged. Depending on the product, we may ask for you to return the item so we can investigate the issue further.  We do not issue refunds for items ordered incorrectly due to the nature of many of these being 'cosmetic', so please choose carefully.

NEAT'S PACKAGING POLICY

We will always endeavour to use eco-friendly packaging to lessen our impact on the earth.  We re-use packaging we receive, cardboard, and wood and paper products.

NEAT'S SHIPPING POLICY

  • New Zealand shipping is FREE.

  • Australian Un-tracked Shipping is $11

  • We are not currently shipping worldwide, unless by special arrangement - please contact us to discuss options.

We aim to ship the same day your order is placed, or the next business day with delivery target 1-2 days Nationwide.  We use NZ Couriers nationwide, and we are unable to provide a tracking link, however we do track the parcels through our shipping system, so please contact us if it's been 4 business days and we can see where the item has got to!
